On the other, the enigmatic Mine's Cat, which rested submerged in the pure and silent waters of the Quinta's granite mine, at a constant temperature and in complete darkness.
Together, they represent the balance between surface and depth, tradition and innovation, light and shadow, two interpretations of the same wine, united in the same box, to celebrate the curious and authentic soul of Quinta do Gato.

This red wine was produced in the Terras de Lafões Sub-Region, from the 2022 harvest, and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by another 12 months in the granite mine under the vineyard's slope.
Submerged in pure water at a constant temperature, it benefited from a
Natural and serene aging. A unique wine, shaped by the silence of the earth and the essence of the place. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C. -
