There, in the crystal clear and stable waters of the mine, in a naturally cool environment completely devoid of light, you will collect your own bottle of wine , aged in profound silence and complete protection from the elements.
Then, dive into a sensory duel: compare the " Gato da Mina ", shaped by the purity and energy of the underwater terroir , with a version of the same wine aged on the surface.
The wines will be accompanied by a board of regional cheeses and sausages, an invitation to taste, discovery and emotion.
